The chalet has an ideal location in the one of the best residential areas in Kitzbühel. Access to the ski area via the Hornbahn is just a five-minute walk from the chalet whilst downtown and the famous Hahnenkamm are only seven minutes away on foot. The chalet offers incredible views over some of the most scenic mountain ranges in the region, including the Wilde Kaiser, the Streif and Hahnenkamm; even extending to the peaks of the southern mountains. The chalet is modern yet inviting, with designer furnishings and state-of-the-art technology.

The upper floor of the chalet is home to a stylish open plan living and dining area with a welcoming fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows giving access to the breathtaking views. The chalet has four spacious bedrooms furnished with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
