The chalet sits on 4,300m² of private park in one of the most exclusive locations in the Chamonix valley enjoying exceptional 360 degree views of the Mont Blanc massif, Le Brevent, the Aguille Vert and Les Drus. It boasts an indoor swimming pool, steam room, a small gym, outdoor hot tub and a stunning massage room making it a fabulous retreat to relax and recharge.

The chalet’s façade and interiors combine burned and sand blasted rustic wood with beautiful stonework and a lovely variety of colour-fabrics and textures throughout the building. The use of these traditional materials contrasts beautifully with the modern design features such as the glass staircase and slate dining table with iron legs from the workshop of Mr Eiffel.

In the main chalet building there are three beautiful double bedrooms in the left wing of the ground floor – all with private en-suite bathrooms and access out to the garden via sliding doors. There is also a bunkroom with an en-suite shower room located off the entrance hall. The first very spacious Master Suite is located in the right wing of the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and bathtub, separate WC. A state of the art fireplace with relax-corner overlooking the lovely gardens and a mezzanine with a desk and a small bed.

The middle section of the building has an indoor swimming pool and steam-room. This space has large windows with panoramic views of the mountains and it opens out to the garden. A spectacular living area is located on the first floor with a large, modern open fireplace separating the dining area from the sitting area. The living-room accesses a large sun-terrace which overlooks the garden and the fabulous mountain panorama. There is also a very cosy TV-room above the living area accessed via a stylish glass staircase.

The kitchen is equipped with the finest high-end facilities from Miele and there is also a separate breakfast table, a Miele coffee machine and a small breakfast terrace that captures the morning sun. The second Master Suite is located off the living room and has a separate walk-in wardrobe, fireplace, daybed, en-suite bathroom with a bespoke designed cowhide bathtub and separate shower. At the far end above the garage is a cinema-room with the latest sound system and cosy furnishings – set well away from the rest of the chalet to create privacy.

The chalet now offers a new, exclusive annex with a beautiful massage-room, a gym and an outdoor hot tub. Above the gym is the third Master Suite which has an open plan bedrooms/lounge with fireplace and panoramic views of the mountains.
